Information We Do NOT Collect
Vitora is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, transmit, or store:
- Your health or fitness data (heart rate, HRV, sleep, etc.)
- Personal identification information
- Location data
- Usage analytics or tracking data
- Any data from your Apple Health app
How Your Data is Used
All health data accessed by Vitora is:
- Processed locally on your device only
- Never transmitted to any external servers
- Never shared with third parties
- Never stored outside of your device
Your readiness scores and health metrics are calculated entirely on your iPhone and stored only in your device's local storage.
Apple HealthKit Integration
Vitora integrates with Apple HealthKit to read the following data types:
- Resting Heart Rate
- Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
- Sleep Analysis
- Respiratory Rate
- Active Energy Burned (for training load calculation)
This data is read directly from HealthKit and processed on your device. We comply with Apple's HealthKit guidelines, which prohibit the sharing of HealthKit data with third parties.
Data Storage
Any app preferences or historical readiness data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms. This data:
- Is protected by your device's security features
- Is included in your encrypted iCloud backups (if enabled)
- Is deleted when you uninstall the app
Third-Party Services
Vitora does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not integrate with any external services that could access your data.
