How does Vitora calculate my readiness score?
Vitora analyzes five key health metrics from your Apple Watch: resting heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), sleep duration, respiratory rate, and recent training load. Each metric is compared to your personal baseline to determine if you're recovered and ready to train.
Why is my score showing "Calibrating"?
Vitora needs about 7-21 days of data to learn your personal baselines. During this calibration period, your score may show as "Calibrating" until enough data is collected. Keep wearing your Apple Watch, especially during sleep!
Why don't I see any data?
Make sure you've granted Vitora access to your health data. You can check this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Vitora. Also ensure your Apple Watch is recording health data overnight.
How do I enable Health data access?
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Scroll down and tap Privacy & Security
- Tap Health
- Find and tap Vitora
- Enable all the data types Vitora needs
Is my health data secure?
Yes! Vitora processes all your health data locally on your device. We never collect, transmit, or store any of your personal health information. Your data never leaves your iPhone. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Vitora, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription will be restored automatically if you have an active subscription linked to your Apple ID.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through the App Store by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com and following the instructions.
The widget isn't updating. What should I do?
Widgets update periodically based on iOS scheduling. Try opening the main app to refresh your data, then check the widget again. If the issue persists, try removing and re-adding the widget.
