1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Vitora ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Vitora is a health and fitness app that provides daily training readiness scores based on data from Apple HealthKit, including resting heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), sleep analysis, respiratory rate, and active energy burned. All data is processed locally on your device.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Vitora offers a 7-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, a premium subscription is required to continue using the app. The following subscription options are available:
- Monthly Premium — billed monthly
- Yearly Premium — billed annually
- Lifetime Premium — one-time purchase
Prices are displayed in your local currency within the app and on the App Store. Pricing may vary by region and is subject to change.
4. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5. Health Disclaimer
Vitora is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The readiness scores and insights provided by the app are for informational and general wellness purposes only.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, training, or exercise routine. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information provided by Vitora.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring the accuracy of the health data available in Apple HealthKit
- Using the app's insights as general guidance, not as medical advice
- Maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Vitora — including but not limited to the design, algorithms, text, graphics, and software — are the exclusive property of Vitora and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vitora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the app.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
